  1.                        CAPPUCCINO TRUFFLES

  4. 2 T. instant coffee
  5. 2 T. orange juice
  6. 2 T. brandy flavoring
  7. 7 oz. marshmallow creme
  8. 3 c. crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
  9. 1 c. chopped pecans
  10. 1 T. orange peel
  11. 2 T. cocoa
  12. 2 T. powdered sugar
  13. coconut to coat truffles

  15.           Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavoring. 
  16. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.  Add crumbs,
  17. pecans and peel.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll half of balls in
  18. combined cocoa and powdered sugar.  Roll remaining balls in
  19. coconut.  Chill.  Makes about 5 dozen.
